Just finished the second workout. Not as shaky as yesterday, BUT I also had to modify like two of the exercises since I couldn't do them. I kept moving though! One of them was a walking plank...I did it through the first round but the second round was hard on my wrists, so I just held a plank instead.
I ate healthier today! (Yesterday I was bad and I had chips, luckily the scale didn't know!) I have been LOVING these veggie dogs we have! Only 50 calories for each dog and then you add the bun. Under 200 calories! That is what I was bad and paired with the chips! And I must say, eating healthy all the time to where having some chips doesn't even matter is AMAZING!
